About the Event

Development finance institutions (DFIs) face significant financial risks if they fail to adequately integrate climate- and biodiversity-related risks and opportunities when making infrastructure lending and investment choices. A recent joint report by the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and WWF-Singapore surveyed some of Asia Pacific's most prominent DFIs active in the infrastructure financing space on how they integrate climate and biodiversity-related risks into their decision-making systems. Despite growing awareness, the report revealed that robust integration of these issues is still incomplete.
